Hi everyone! I'm Gerardo, owner of Aguilera Credit Consulting LLC, also known as The Wolf of Credit Repair, in Miami.
The need: Clients walk into our Biscayne Boulevard lobby and need a clear place to check in. I wanted one TV screen that tells them to have a seat, what to bring, our hours, and how to reach us, without a stack of flyers at the front desk.
What I made: A landscape waiting-room screen with a "Check in. We'll take it from here." welcome, a short list of what to bring (photo ID, recent credit reports if they have them, and the accounts they want reviewed), office hours, a note that walk-ins are welcome and appointments are seen first, a QR code to thewolfofcreditrepair.com, and our address and phone in the footer. I built it in Yodeck for our lobby TV and used Magic Layout earlier to explore layouts before landing on this final check-in design.
How we'll use it: It will run on the TV in our waiting area at 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 204 during business hours so every visitor knows what to do the moment they walk in.
