Taking this opportunity to introduce myself and how I use Yodeck in my organization. I work for Valaris, which is an offshore drilling company with rigs around the world. Valaris uses Yodeck as its global digital signage platform to deliver timely, operational, and safety-critical communications across rigs and facilities. I designed and manage a tiered Yodeck network that separates corporate, regional, and rig-level content, enabling clear governance and local ownership. By integrating OneDrive-linked playlists and standardized naming conventions, the network allows rapid content updates, reduces manual intervention, and ensures consistent, reliable messaging across the fleet.
If any other users have experience managing a network of geographically isolated devices I'd love to discuss some strategies for tackling many of the communications challenges we all face on other platforms, such as measuring audience response, capturing analytics and proactively managing content.
