Community Guidelines + Code of Conduct 

1 . Purpose of our community 

We are here to: 

  • Help you succeed with Yodeck and digital signage, from one screen to thousands.

  • Ask and answer product questions; share best practices, education, and training tips.

  • Learn onboarding shortcuts, swap templates, and improve workflows.

  • Share product feedback and feature requests to inform our roadmap.

  • Engage peers and showcase your work! 

These guidelines apply to all Yodeck-operated community spaces (forum platform, partner areas, and any affiliated chat/workspace). They cover posts, comments, DMs related to community activity, profiles, and shared files/media.

  1. Community Values

  • Respect: Debate ideas, not people. Assume good intent.

  • Helpfulness: Leave threads clearer than you found them.

  • Accuracy: Share verifiable info; correct mistakes fast.

  • Responsibility: Protect privacy, security, and IP.

  • Playfulness with purpose: Emojis/memes welcome when they add clarity and kindness 😊.


  1. Expected Behaviors

  • Stay on topic: Yodeck and digital signage.

  • One issue per post; use clear titles, categories/spaces, and tags.

  • English is the official language of the community.

  • Discuss moderation privately via [email protected], not in public threads.


  1. Unacceptable Conduct 

  • Harassment or discrimination: slurs, personal attacks, threats, or mocking identity/role. Example: targeting a member’s background in a thread.

  • Doxxing or invasion of privacy: sharing personal details or private communications.

  • Spam or solicitation: mass DMs, repetitive promos, link-drops without context. Example: posting the same reseller link in multiple unrelated threads.

  • Security risks: credentials, tokens, license/API keys; device IDs/serials/MACs; exploits or bypass instructions. Example: posting a script to bypass authentication.

  • Infringing/illegal content: unlicensed stock media, fonts, music; pirated template packs.

  • Disruption: off-topic hijacks, duplicate posts, vote brigading, dogpiling.

5. Community Moderation

To keep the Yodeck Community helpful, respectful, and on-topic, we reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates our guidelines or detracts from the community’s purpose. This may include:

  • Removing posts, comments, or user accounts without prior notice.

  • Temporarily suspending or permanently banning members who repeatedly break the rules.

Please note that discussions about moderation decisions within the community are not permitted, and related posts may be removed.

No Warranties: The community is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability: Yodeck will not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use or participation in the community.

Changes to Terms: These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Any revisions will be posted on this page, so please review it occasionally for updates.
